Introductory Call
It is important to make sure that you are working with someone you can trust and also connect with. So, let’s ensure that we are the right fit.
The intention behind this call is for you to share your health concerns, your goals and also to learn more about the Unspoken Nutrition approach and what you can expect from working together.
This call is $10 and can be applied towards your first session with us.
New Client Initial Consultation
During your first session, we will review health history, current symptoms, any current lab work and the goals you wish to bring to life. After the call, you will be provided with a personalized protocol fit to your needs, with tools for continued accountability. This may include recommendations for supplementation, diagnostic testing, day-to-day regime and recipes.
Diagnostic testing options include: DUTCH Hormone, GI Map 360, heavy metals, salivary hormones and food inflammation. Due to state regulations, residents of NY, NJ and RI are unable to order diagnostic testing kits.
The initial consultation is $325, less $10 if an introductory call was made prior
